Hawkeye Communications, Inc. (KCSI / KOAK Radio) is a family owned and operated business. Jerry and Marilyn Dietz purchased KOAK 1080 AM Radio in 1994 and added the KCSI 95.3 FM station at that time. Along with KCSI / KOAK Radio in Red Oak, Iowa, The Dietz's own stations in Ozark and Clarksville, Arkansas.
