Svenska Skolan (Swedish School) is being offered at Stanton’s Swedish Heritage & Cultural Center (SHCC) June 13-17, Mon-Fri, 9am-12pm (noon). The class is open to children who have completed 1st through 6th grade. A $10 fee per child will be charged to cover the cost of the materials. Call Yvonne Johnson at 586-4504 to register. The curriculum will include beginning language, culture, songs, dances, games, and crafts. The children will participate in Swedish costume at SHCC’s Midsummar activities on Saturday, June 18th at 5pm.
